2. Be on time! If you arrive late, we may not be able to assist you.
3. You must apply in person. No-one else can apply for you.
4. Bring all your required documents with you. See the lists below for required documents:

• Current work permit
• Copy of prior DACA application
• California ID or driver’s license
• Social Security Card
• Two passport style photos (2×2)
• Certified court records for all arrests (if any)
• Check or Money Order for $495 payable to Department of Homeland Security
