Greetings!

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara’s Immigration Legal Services team is dedicated to maintaining communication with immigrant communities regardless of the pandemic we currently face.

With that said, on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020, at 1:00 PM PST, Immigration Legal Services will host a virtual workshop (via a Hangouts broadcast) for individuals who need assistance with the N-400 application (also known as the Naturalization application). This step-by-step workshop will walk individuals through the application and provide them with an opportunity to have their completed applications reviewed by an Attorney and/or Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representative.*

*Please note that by joining the Hangouts broadcast, you will be subject to our Limited Liability contract. You MUST complete and email the contract in order to receive feedback and corrections from an Attorney and/or DOJ Accredited Representative.

For anonymity, DO NOT include your Alien Number (also known as A number or USCIS number) and Social Security Number.

Step 1: Print and complete, to the best of your ability, both the N-400 application and Limited Liability contract. You can find these two documents in the links below.

Step 4: Once you completed, scanned and emailed the N-400 application and Limited Liability contract to E-immigrate@catholiccharitiesscc.org, you will receive a call from either an attorney or Department of Justice-accredited representative to review your application and guide you on how to submit it.
