If you want to apply for DACA but you still have questions: You can come to one of the collaborative workshops, information sessions, or drop in hours at our different partner organizations. You can contact us or reach out to one of the other organizations in the Santa Clara County DACA Collaborative.

Remember to bring the following:

• Work permit -copy of your prior DACA application
  2 passport style pictures
• Check or Money Order for $495
• If you have ever been arrested, your court certified disposition
• Your most recent tax return (i.e. your 2018 taxes)

*For eligible individuals, we are offering scholarship for the $495 renewal fee

Please keep in mind that all documents must be brought in order for SIREN to assist you.

RSVPs are required for each applicant renewing DACA. This form will automatically disable after SIREN reaches the max number of applicants we can assist for each clinic. You can find more on our website at www.siren-bayarea.org
